We are seeking a highly professional and motivated Dental Assistant to join our leading dental clinic in Dubai. This vital role is for an individual passionate about delivering top-tier dental support, prioritizing patient care, and adhering to the strictest infection control standards as per Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. 

Conditions

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting from an accredited institution.
  • Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensure as a Dental Assistant.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in dental assisting, preferably within the Dubai healthcare sector.
  • Strong proficiency in digital dental technology and software.
  • Deep understanding of infection control practices and DHA regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

Principales responsabilités:
  • Aider les dentistes lors des procédures dentaires, en garantissant le fonctionnement fluide des systèmes d'imagerie numérique pour les scans intra-oraux et les radiographies numériques, sans l'intervention traditionnelle des rayons X.
  • Guider les patients tout au long du processus de soins, en leur fournissant des instructions de suivi après les procédures dentaires pour assurer une récupération optimale.
  • Améliorez le confort des patients tout au long de leur visite, en répondant à toutes leurs préoccupations ou questions.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives, y compris la planification des rendez-vous, la gestion numérique des dossiers des patients et la liaison avec les fournisseurs, en utilisant des systèmes informatiques avancés.
  • Participer aux soins directs des patients dans diverses spécialités dentaires, sous la supervision d'un dentiste, en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité et le confort des patients.
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des mesures rigoureuses de contrôle des infections, en respectant les directives du DHA, pour garantir un environnement sûr et stérile pour les patients et le personnel.
